Health concerns include foot cartilage breakdown, athlete’s foot, foot odors, dry air, and potential respiratory problems.The entire mass of the building absorbs heat, allowing lower floor temperatures of 65°F-68°F to be sufficient for comfort. The thermostat can be set 10°F-12°F lower while maintaining body comfort.
Weather AdaptabilityAdjusting to cold snaps and rainy days in spring and fall is a concern.
